A custom-made itinerary by The Well Traveled Soul starts with a "Discovery Consultation." During this 60 minute call, we take the time to get to know you. We learn the way you like to travel and meaningful experiences you're hoping to have in your dream destination. In short - the Discovery Consultation is all about YOU.
Once we get an idea of what you're looking for - whether that is a couples vacation, a group tour, a family trip or a multi-generational travel experience - we'll get to work sifting through the Internet noise (there's A LOT of it) and crafting the vacation of your dreams. For my milestone birthday, I wanted an unforgettable vacation experience centered around craft beers. To my delight, Erica recommended the Belgium Beer Festival. We experienced the full weekend at the festival in Brussels and also visited Antwerp, Bruges and Amsterdam. We visited award winning beer bars such as Kulminator, Le Trappiste and Delirium Cafe.
She also made sure we did not miss out on experiencing a specialty Belgium chocolate tour, finding the best moules + pomme frites or waffles! She has become my go-to travel advisor! Working with Erica from TWTS to plan our second honeymoon trip to Paris has been easy and stress-free. Planning Process
Connect + Learn.
Let's have a chat in person (or virtually!), over coffee (or wine!) and discuss your bucket list of destinations, the experiences you're hoping to have and how you like to travel. This 1-hour Discovery Consultation is completely free-of-charge.
Craft + Collaborate.
Once you decide on a destination (with my help) and the design + research fee is paid, the real fun begins!
I begin putting together your custom itinerary and send you an initial trip proposal for review. From here, we'll make any necessary changes, tweaks and enhancements and finalize the trip proposal together.
Book + Prepare.
Once your trip proposal is approved and signed-off by you, I work closely with the various vendors and tour operators to confirm and book each piece of your custom itinerary. All elements of your trip will be presented to you via the Travefy App prior to your departure. This will allow you to easily access and view your trip from your mobile device. For those who love a hard-copy (like me!), you will also receive your full itnerary in printed form.

Do you charge a fee?
Yes. Our custom-designed planning services include time spent researching, reserving, collaborating with on-site travel partners, and travel support through the vacation planning process and until you return home.
Planning Fees start at $500 for up to 10 days of travel for two travelers. The Planning Fee increases depending on the number of travelers, length, and complexity of the trip/destination.
For travelers with less complex trips, the fee starts at $150 and could include anything from hotel/resort selection, island selection and pre/post cruise
We do offer complimentary bookings, if you have already selected a property or are cruising. We will take the hassle of booking off your plate and give you any VIP amenities that may be available. When you can't VIP yourself, let us do it!
If you're looking to put the finishing touches on an already planned trip, such as booking transportation, dinner reservations, and spa treatments. Pricing is $150 per hour.
